Delivery and Returns

You may return the product you purchased within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the packaging remains unopened and unused, and the product is not damaged or incomplete. Before returning the product, please send an email to order@cekyaboncuk.com stating the reason for the return and including your invoice and order numbers. Our company will contact you upon receipt of your email and inform you of the return procedure. All copies of the invoice issued in your name must be returned along with the product. When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
